I started in 2017 supporting corporate websites and ended up leading development of custom systems for banking, insurance, healthcare, logistics and retail. Along the way I worked remotely with teams in Venezuela, Colombia, Peru and Spain.

What interests me is the boring, decisive part: that a rule holds every time, that a deployment is repeatable, that a whole team works the same way without depending on everyone remembering. Since 2024 that includes putting AI agents inside the team workflow, with gates, traceability and measured cost.
